After a long standing career as a legal specialist, photographer, marketing expert and social worker Kasper founded the idea of Nova Zembla Talents and Models Agency.
The idea stems from the idea that talents should be celebrated by each person individually and be financially rewarding at the same time in order for people to justify their means and have a stable income.
Kasper always wanted to create opportunities for people to grow, businesses to thrive and have a great plan for their communication. At some level Kasper working as a social worker for the homeless shelter found the inspiration to learn and do the same for people.
Therefore he started the idea of making a business run by himself and bookers that guide peoples talents in the right direction by handing them out a plan for their business (talents).
That way the website was born.
The fact that Kasper found a new studio *STUDIO SCHEEF* to work with helped out a lot because he could offer talents a podium by means of shooting their first portfolio images as well.
